Here are some basic FAQs about our test chambers:

1. Are you a manufacturer? Do you have after-sales service? How can I ask for it? And what about the warranty?

– Yes, we are a manufacturer of an environmental and low temperature test chamber for battery testing. Every test machine from our factory has 12 months warranty. If the machine doesn’t work, you can send an e-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or video chat if necessary. After confirming the problem, send new parts or give you an on-site repair.

 

2.What’s the shipping term?

– If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-25 working days after you deposit the receipt. If you are in urgent need, we will consider making a special arrangement for you.

 

3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?

– Yes, of course. We can not only use standard test chambers, but also customize them. A machine according to your requirements. And we can put the logo on the machine.

 

4. About the products’ quality?

– Each batch of spare parts is completed with a quality sampling inspection into a warehouse, and each product before shipping is tested by a National authoritative Third-Party Inspection Agency.

 

5. What about the packing equipment?

– Our standard export plywood cases prevent rust during long-time delivery with plastic film and protect its foam corners.
